Major shareholder of RIC has sold out of shares

On August 24, 2021, Mr. Le Quoc Thang sold all of nearly 6.8 million RIC shares of Hoang Gia International Joint Stock Company (HOSE: RIC), accounting for 9.61% of the capital. After the transaction, Mr. Thang is no longer a shareholder here.

At the session 24/08/2021, the data recorded that RIC shares traded with abnormally high liquidity. In which, the put-through trading volume reached more than 13.4 million shares, equivalent to nearly 329 billion dong while the matching volume was only 43,300 shares, worth 992 million dong.

This is also the session when RIC shares hit the floor price to 21,900 dong/share, a decrease of 6.81% compared to the reference price. However, compared to the price at the beginning of the year, RIC’s share price has increased 4.1 times.

Temporarily calculated at this price, it is estimated that Mr. Le Quoc Thang has earned more than 148 billion VND after divesting his capital from RIC.

RIC’s stock price movement is completely contrary to the business results of this Company. Accordingly, although the net loss is more than 45 billion dong in the first half of 2021 and the accumulated loss as of June 30, 2021 is nearly 355 billion dong, causing RIC stock to continue to be controlled by HOSE, this stock price still flying high.

Bach Viet continues to want to become a major shareholder in IDC

Bach Viet Production and Trading Company Limited has just registered to collect 19.5 million IDC shares of IDICO Corporation – JSC (HNX: IDC) from September 14 to October 8, 2021. If the transaction is successful, this unit will increase its ownership in IDC from 4.82% (more than 14 million shares) to 11.31% (nearly 34 million shares).

Regarding the relationship, Mr. Dang Chinh Trung – General Director and Board member at IDC is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Bach Viet.

Previously, Bach Viet registered to buy nearly 16 million IDC in July. However, this shareholder only bought nearly 3.67 million shares on July 30, raising its ownership from 3.6% to 4.82% of capital.

In terms of business results, accumulated in the first 6 months of the year, IDC’s net revenue reached more than VND 2,309 billion, up 9% over the same period. Thanks to the income from the above divestment deal, IDC’s net profit was 3.4 times higher than the first half of last year, with nearly 285 billion dong. With a pre-tax profit of more than VND 443 billion after the first 6 months of the year, the Company has fulfilled 45% of the profit plan set out for the whole year of 2021.

TGG registered to collect 3 million APG shares

Not long after successfully holding an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, Louis Capital JSC (HOSE: TGG) registered to buy 3 million shares of APG Securities JSC (HOSE: APG) from September 15-30.

TGG currently holds 700,000 shares, equivalent to 0.96% of capital. If the transaction is successful, TGG will become a major shareholder of APG with the ownership rate of 5.06%. Based on the closing price on September 9, it is estimated that TGG needs to spend nearly VND 66 billion to collect 3 million APG shares as registered.

Previously, on August 31, TGG’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved a plan to increase charter capital by offering private shares with an estimated amount of about 450 billion VND. In which, VND 200 billion will be used by TGG to invest and contribute capital to APG.

In the context that TGG is about to join plus many investors are paying attention to stocks, APG’s stock price has rebounded strongly, notably the series of 6 consecutive ceiling gains from 13 to 23 March. 08. Closing session on September 9, APG’s stock price was at 21,950 VND/share, an increase of more than 126% compared to the beginning of August.

Relatives of BOD members want to divest all capital at VTO

Mr. Pham Ngoc Sinh, brother-in-law of Mr. Nguyen Chi Nam, Member of the Board of Directors of Vitaco Petroleum Transport JSC (HOSE: VTO) has just registered to sell all 3.9 million shares owned by VTO from September 10 to October 9, 2021. .

If the deal is successful, Mr. Sinh will no longer be a shareholder of VTO (currently owning 4.98% of the capital).

Based on the closing price of September 10 at 11,400 VND/share, it is estimated that Mr. Sinh will collect more than 44 billion VND after divesting all of his capital at VTO.

Previously, from June 28 to July 23, Mr. Dinh Kim Oanh, Mr. Nguyen Chi Nam’s father-in-law also sold all more than 1.1 million shares to reduce his ownership from 1.43% to 0% of capital, equivalent to only owns 70 shares.

In the opposite direction, Mr. Nguyen Chi Nam announced that he had bought more than 1 million VTO shares from June 29 to July 28, increasing his ownership here to 1.25%.

Regarding business activities of VTO, in the first 6 months of the year, the Company recorded a net revenue of nearly 525 billion dong, down 15% compared to the same period last year. However, net profit was 2.1 times higher than the same period last year, to more than 41 billion dong mainly because other profit was 50.9 times higher than the same period, to nearly 14 billion dong. Compared to the plan, VTO has realized 58% of the profit before tax plan of 2021 after the first half of the year.
